ICT-ACT General Assembly
The ICT-ACT General Assembly was held on 29 June 2026. The Assembly voted positively on the statute changes and accepted the initiative for ICT-ACT to apply for membership in EurAI, the European Association for Artificial Intelligence.

Guest lecture by Asst. Prof. Renato Picelli Sanches and Assoc. Prof. Jovana Jovanova
Asst. Prof. Renato Picelli Sanches from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and Assoc. Prof. Jovana Jovanova from TU Delft gave a joint guest lecture at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Skopje. The topics were “Topology Optimization and Innovation Ecosystems for Greenhouse Gas Mitigation” and “Embodied Mechatronics: Mechanically Intelligent Robotic Structures.”
CIIT 2026 was held from 24 to 26 April 2026 at Hotel Drim, Struga. The conference presented recent scientific achievements in informatics and information technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotics, big data, deep learning, cybersecurity, applied mathematics and ICT in education.
Dr. Jovan Tanevski from the Institute for Computational Biomedicine, Heidelberg University and Heidelberg University Hospital, gave a guest lecture at FCSE on “Computational biomedical discovery from spatial omics data.” The event was co-sponsored by FCSE, FEEIT, EuroCC Project, ICT-ACT and CyberMAC Project.
ICT Innovations 2026 invites original research papers and workshop proposals for the 18th International Conference ICT Innovations, which will be held from 26 to 28 September 2026 at Hotel Drim, Struga. The current paper submission deadline is 10 July 2026.
Martin Milenkoski, Software Engineer at Amazon Web Services, gave an invited lecture at FCSE on “Processing SQL queries in Amazon Redshift.” The event was co-sponsored by FCSE, FEEIT, ICT-ACT, EuroCC Project and CyberMAC.
